Bernicia Group sign up to Harry’s Pledge

Bernicia Group has signed up to Harry’s Pledge, showing its commitment to carers. 

Andrea Malcolm, Bernicia’s Executive Director of People, Homes and Communities, said: “We recognise the value and change that Harry’s Pledge is designed to accomplish.

“We want to play our part and introduce the principles and considerations of the pledge where we can. We already have a range of fully accessible homes and opportunities for colleagues to develop their careers in the sector, as well as organise work around their caring commitments.

“This gives us a good foundation from which to further consider what more we can do.”
